She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics – Quantitative Finance and a BA in International Trade and Business, both from Istanbul Bilgi University.

Leen’s dedication to her field is highlighted by her achievement of passing the CFA Level 1 and her selection as a finalist in the CFA Institute’s Equity Research Challenge (Turkey). She has also honed her skills through practical experiences, including the McKinsey Forward Program (Advanced Level) and specialized investment banking training.
