Noha joined as Business Support Function at FCC, with a background in biochemistry (Bachelor’s from Boston University) and corporate finance (Master’s from Bentley College), as well as a CME-1B and CME-2B certifications.

Her experience spans roles in business support, finance, and investment banking, where she has supported senior management in handling active transactions across various sectors. Notable projects include IPOs for Tawuniya Insurance (SR 1.4bn), Al-Drees (SR 220mn), along with rights issues and private placements. Noha has also led corporate governance improvements for listed companies.
